Milcoustic is an acoustically superior polyether foam with a UV Stable polyurethane facing. It has been developed to provide the best overall acoustic foam properties possible while also achieving high flammability standards.
MilcousticAL is an acoustically superior polyether foam with an aluminized mylar facing. The facing provides acoustic enhancement, thermal abatement, as well as a deterrent for airborne dirt, lint, mild chemicals, petroleum, or water mist.
MilFiber-AL is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorbing material with an aluminized facing. It has been engineered to provide superior thermal insulation and high sound absorption.
MilFiber-HT is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorber that is high temperature rated. It is compromised of 100% PET non-woven thermally bonded fiber. It can also have a facing attached to further enhance the material performance.
MilFiber-NW is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorbing material with a polyester non-woven acoustic facing. It has been engineered to provide premium sound absorption, enable good airflow resistance and has the ability to absorb high temperatures.
MilQuell is a new composite where the base is comprised of a white horizontally lapped proprietary fiber blend. It is designed to be a flame blocking/resistant product first, but thanks to the nature of the fiber, the composite also provides good acoustic properties. MilQuell is an extremely versatile material allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. The fiber content can be adjusted to various densities, thicknesses, produced with a pressure sensitive adhesive, and have a facing added to provide further benefits. It can be produced with a variety of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) for varying mating substrate installation. If needed, MilQuell can be produced with sealed edges using our MilPress process. MilQuell-MPF is provided with a microperforated foil facing.
MilShield is a light-weight, highly formable, resilient heat shield solution. It provides thermal protection for interior applications, yet is resilient enough to provide protection for exterior automotive conditions. It is avaible in two compositions, Aluminum/Foam/Aluminum or Aluminum/Foam/PSA.
MilShield Lite is a light-weight, highly formable, resilient heat shield solution. The difference between MilShield Lite and regular MilShield is the thinner aluminum facing.
